The BillySpot is your one stop spot for all things Billy Graham. It’s an unofficial blog exploring the life of the world’s greatest evangelist. Jesus said go into all the world and preach the gospel, and Billy listened. This blog is a celebration and exploration of that single-minded focus.

It seems decidedly unpopular and anti-PC to explore the life of a religious proselytizer. But in a world yearning for hope and torn apart by religious extremists, we need to hear that message of love and peace—the greatest story ever told—that Billy Graham shared with millions. Billy Graham is just a man—but he’s a man that God used as an entirely different kind of religious extremist.

As Billy Graham himself would say, “God loves you and he has a plan for your life.”

Kevin D. Hendricks – founder/editor

Fresh out of college and newly married, Kevin D. Hendricks worked in the Internet Department of the Billy Graham Evangelistic Association from 2001-2003. During that time he developed a respect and admiration for Billy Graham. There’s something loving and honest in the man’s voice that makes you believe him when Billy Graham tells you God loves you. A curiosity for all things Billy Graham developed that included digging into biographies for obscure stories and collecting Billy Graham memorabilia that was being discarded when the BGEA relocated.

Currently Kevin runs his own writing and editing company, Monkey Outta Nowhere, and can be found across the Internet on his personal blog or on Twitter. He lives in St. Paul, Minn., with his wife, two kids and two dogs.
